We started our venture as “Pip's knives”, quickly evolving to “The Medford Guy”. Our exclusive Medford Knife and Tool dealer status and passion for their bad ass hand crafted, beefy knives made the change organic. Jake Smith is half owner of Pip's Plows and knives and the one we would refer to as the “Medford Guy”. He is, for lack of better wording, obsessed with Medford knives.
